1. Scope & Contracting Party

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via orlume.eu. Contracting party: OrLume Jewelry – Rainer Buchhöcker, Schützenberg 13, 3970 Schützenberg, Austria. Email: office@orlume.eu.

2. Offers & Conclusion of Contract

Product presentations are not binding. By clicking “Buy now” you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or, at the latest, upon delivery.

3. Prices, Shipping Costs & Taxes

Prices are shown in EUR incl. VAT. Any shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

4. Payment Methods

Payment options include credit card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay (provided via Shopify Payments and connected providers). The providers’ terms apply as shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Area & Lead Times

We deliver to the countries/addresses available at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Partial deliveries may occur if reasonable.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, exemptions and procedure are set out in our Return Policy.

8. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law (e.g., product liability). Otherwise, for slight negligence we are liable only for material contractual duties (cardinal duties) and limited to foreseeable typical damage.

9. Vouchers/Gift Cards

Where offered, vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance is preserved until expiry.

10. Customer Account

Keep your login details confidential. Activities via the account are deemed authorised by the account holder unless misuse is substantiated.

11. Data Protection

12. IP & Brand Rights

Content, images, brands and designs are protected. Use requires prior consent.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies (CISG excluded). For consumers, mandatory protections of their country of residence and the corresponding forums apply. For merchants, exclusive venue is our registered seat.

14. Online Dispute Resolution

EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and generally not willing to participate in consumer arbitration.
