Shipping

We want you to feel great about your jewelry — from ordering to wearing it. Here you’ll find all information about shipping, delivery and returns.

Shipping

  • Shipping is handled by our fulfilment partner.
  • Delivery area: entire EU.
  • Lead time: usually 6–14 business days from payment receipt / order confirmation.
  • Shipping costs: shown at checkout (typically €6.90–€9.90).
  • Carriers: depending on partner (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS).
  • Once dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking email.

Transit Damage

Please check your parcel upon delivery. Report visible damage promptly to office@orlume.eu and include photos of the unopened outer box as well as photos of the contents/jewelry. After review, we cover return shipping if the jewelry itself is damaged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns & Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Simply email us at office@orlume.eu. We will then provide the correct return address of our fulfilment partner. Returns must go directly to the respective warehouse — not to our office address.

  • Return shipping costs: borne by the customer (except in case of documented transport damage; see above).
  • Refund: within 14 days after goods are received or upon proof of dispatch (whichever occurs first), via the original payment method.
  • Item condition: unworn, like new, and in original packaging incl. box/accessories. Excessive wear may reduce the refund.
  • Exemptions: customised or personalised items (e.g., engravings) are excluded from withdrawal where permitted by law.
