Below you’ll find your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and our rules for returns and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

You may use our sample withdrawal form (not mandatory). Sending your notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient.

Effects of Withdrawal

We refund all payments including standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of dispatch. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Return Costs & Address

You bear the direct cost of return shipping. In case of documented transport damage, we cover return shipping costs after review. The exact return address will be provided by email (depending on fulfilment partner).

Condition & Refund

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging with box/certificates.
• Secure packaging required (preferably the original shipping box).

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of goods or proof of dispatch.

Exemptions

• Custom-made or engraved items.
• Jewelry not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed.
