Shipping & Returns

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your jewelry—from ordering to wearing it. That's why you'll find all the information about shipping, delivery, and returns explained transparently and simply here.

Shipment

• Your order will be shipped directly by our fulfillment partner .

• Delivery time: usually 5-10 working days within the EU.

• Shipping costs: are displayed in the checkout (usually €6.90).

• Shipping service provider: depends on the fulfillment partner (e.g. DHL, DPD, UPS).

• After shipping, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Cancellation

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason .

• Please just send us an email to office@orlume.eu .

• We will then send you the appropriate return address of our fulfillment partner .

• Returns go directly to the respective fulfillment service warehouse – not to our office address.

• Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

• Return costs: borne by the customer.

• Exceptions: Personalized jewelry or previously worn items are excluded from returns.
